These terms cover Tooly Mail Relay, an internal email relay and console operated by itpro360 LLC.

The service

The relay forwards outgoing email for itpro360's own apps and devices, and the console lets authorized administrators monitor and manage it. It isn't offered to the public.

Accounts and access

Access is through Tooly SSO groups granted by itpro360. Keep your sign-in and authenticator secure, and don't share access. App logins issued by the relay may only be used by the app they were issued to.

Acceptable use

Don't use the relay to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or anything unlawful or that breaks SMTP2GO's or Amazon's policies. Only send from itpro360's domains. Don't try to bypass limits or access controls.

Suspension and deletion

We may disable app logins or accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and may delete your account in this app at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Email delivery isn't guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to US$100.

Indemnity

You agree to cover itpro360 LLC for claims arising from your misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
